This weekend is the first large VHF/UHF/SHF contest in 2012. I walked on the SOTA DM/NS-108 and wanted to make some QSO on 70cm. Around 2030z I was qrv on 432 MHz. No CW-station, I heard only 4 stations CQing. Two of them I reached, the third was deaf, the fourth had the same QTH-Locator like me.70cm is a nice band, I wonder why so less stations are qrv in a contest on 432 MHz.
