Last Saturday and last Tuesday I took part in two different 144 MHz Contests from the same location: Venner Berg (GMA reference DA/NI-096).
The observation tower on the top of the hill served us as a VHF contest location in the 80s and 90s. The antenna on the tower is about 180m above sea level.
While great DX-QSOs are heading south on Saturday, traditionally northern Europe has been reached on the first Tuesday of the month.
Both days I was about 1h qrv and made together 50 QSO.
